How to play – Tips on Blackjack Master

Because each deck reduces your odds of winning, looking for games with fewer decks is advantageous. The majority of casinos use 6 or 8 decks.

After the bets are put, each player and the dealer are given two cards. The cards are dealt face up to the players. One card is dealt face up and one is dealt face down to the dealer.

If no one receives a natural 21 (an ace plus a card for ten points), each player can do one of the following:

Request an extra card from the dealer if you get a hit.

Continue to play even if you don’t take any more cards from the dealer.

Surrender: You’ll give up half of your stake and resign, putting an end to your wager.

Split: If you have two cards of the same rank (for instance, 77), you can divide them into two hands. You’ll have all of the aforementioned options for both hands at that point. Even if a queen and a king have the same worth, they are not the same rank and hence cannot be divided.

 If the fresh cards dealt are likewise of the same rank, some casinos will allow you to split several hands. Remember that splitting creates a fresh wager on a new hand, so you’re now playing two hands instead of one with double the stakes.
